login security, and charging notifications.

type, tariff, and expected charging duration.
Yes. You can update your profile information in the 'Profile' section of the uPlug application.

Yes. All past charging sessions can be viewed in the 'Charging History' or 'Charging Details'

prepaid charging, while others may allow post-payment.

Yes. Invoices for completed charging sessions can be accessed in the 'Charging Details' or

depending on the payment gateway available on the platform.
If charging stops unexpectedly, please check the charger status in the app. If the issue
persists, contact customer support.
Many charging stations are owned or operated by independent Charge Point Operators (CPOs)
or site partners. uPlug provides the digital platform to access these stations.
In such cases, the transaction will be reviewed and refunds or adjustments may be processed
according to the refund policy and payment gateway rules.
