Refund & Cancellation Policy
uPlug Policy Overview
uPlug, operated by United Conserves Pvt Ltd, provides a digital platform that enables users to access EV charging services at charging stations owned or operated by independent Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and site partners.
Charging fees may be paid either in advance or after completion of a charging session through the payment options available within the uPlug mobile application or platform.
If payment has been made in advance and the actual charging cost is lower than the prepaid amount, the balance amount may be refunded to the original payment method or adjusted within the user wallet, subject to payment gateway rules. (Refund from Wallet typically requires 8 working days from the receipt of written request from customer).
In cases where the charging session consumes more energy than the prepaid amount, the user agrees to pay the additional amount required to complete the charging session.
Users may cancel a booking before the start of the scheduled charging session, subject to the time limits defined on the platform. Failure to arrive within the specified time window may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
Booking fees, convenience fees, or platform service charges may be non-refundable in the event of cancellation, no-show, or misuse of the booking system.
United Conserves Pvt Ltd acts only as a technology platform facilitating EV charging access. The company shall not be responsible for interruptions in charging services caused by charger malfunction, power supply issues, network connectivity problems, or actions of third-party CPO operators.
