LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
United Conserves Pvt Ltd (uPlug) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or replacement costs arising from the use of our EV charging services, software platforms, or related products. This applies whether such claims arise in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if United Conserves Pvt Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless United Conserves Pvt Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, partners, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or expenses including reasonable legal fees arising out of your misuse of services, breach of these terms, or violation of any applicable law or rights of a third party.
JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of services provided by United Conserves Pvt Ltd (uPlug) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
